Is the number encircled the total balance?

I counted the amount paid its about 15 dero and yet it shows 13 and what is that amount in yellow?

from my understaind, the green is cleared ready to use, and the yellow is uncleared so still waiting for confirmation. so wait for a few more blocks to pass then it will be added to the green side, so you should have 15.95 ish.

Please use the balance command to update your balance if you feel the balance is incorrect

Unlocked balance/Locked balanc.
Use balance cmd for total balance.
