Hi friends, im experiencing difficults to install Dero into my Ubuntu 16.04 is there any tutorial step by step to i do it? the ones i saw didnt work or didnt sync

I have follow all the steps to install and run our pool but we are getting this message in the pool terminal take a look
Pls check your node version.
v8.12.0 is my node version
