Hello …on July 13 2021 I sent Dero from trade ogre to the web wallet and it worked fine.
Today I come to check my wallet and I see there are zero Dero Coins in my wallet.
How can I restore them?

Dero shows my balance once again.

Pls check again your seed & address etc.
You can only recover your balance if you have the right seed.
Hello I just got the new engram wallet on my new computer and I put the seed phrase words in but it says zero balance.
I hear they are goi g to burn all the coins soon or something.
What do I need to do to this new wallet to get it to work…
