Some questions regarding Dero

Hi I have some questions regarding Dero:

  1. Do you get charged for transaction?
  2. Do you stake or mine for Dero? If you are mining for Dero would something such as xmrig would be compatible with Dero’s mining algorithim?
  3. Does it use some sort of an anonymisation network to prevent the government/ISP from knowing you were using Dero? For example with oxen it has its own anonymisation tor-like network to prevent the government/ISP from knowing you were using oxen so just wondering if it was the same for Dero as well?
