Hi; a few months ago I downloaded a dero wallet and deposited coins from Trade Ogre everything went fine. I transferred my coins from one computer to my new computer and the balance was fine.
I had a computer issue and when it was repaired I could not recover the wallet with balance. getting messages below I have windows 10; see messages below
